Battiferro Tartufi's truffle sauce with 1% truffle is born from the meeting of summer black truffle and selected mushrooms, in a balanced, ready-to-use recipe.

The balanced presence of truffle gives a recognizable, harmonious aroma, while the mushrooms support its roundness and structure. The result is a creamy sauce with a full, balanced flavor.

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, summer black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.) 1%, salt, flavorings.
