Battiferro Tartufi's summer truffle shavings are made from "scorzone" black truffle, thinly sliced and preserved in oil to keep its aroma and texture intact.

The even cut allows for uniform distribution on the plate, while its soft texture makes it easy to use cold or as a finishing touch. Its aromatic profile is delicate yet recognizable, typical of summer truffle.

Ingredients: summer truffle pieces (tuber aestivum vitt.) 65%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flavorings.
